Why Emotional Intelligence?

A growing body of research suggests that improving emotional intelligence in children leads to greater school readiness and life success in career, relationships, health and happiness. Emotional intelligence includes: reading social cues, self-motivation, delaying gratification, coping with life’s ups and downs, managing relationships, decision making and problem solving.
